What exactly do I need to have ready before you start?
You’ll need:
Product details: Names, descriptions, prices, and images for your products.
Brand assets: Your logo (transparent background .svg or .png), typography, and brand colours.
Ready to pay for a platform: Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.
Domain info: Access to your domain registrar (or we can help you register a new one).

What level of visual customization is possible within the templates?
Our website build packages uses professionally designed templates from Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress/WooCommerce.
Here’s what you can customize:
Branding: We’ll add your logo, brand colors, and favicon to make the site truly yours.
Images & Content: You provide your product photos, descriptions, and any key images—we’ll make sure they look great within the template.

What happens after launch?
Once your website is live, you’ll have full access and ownership of your site and all its content. Here’s what you can expect after launch:
Handover & Training: We’ll walk you through your new site in a call (which can be recorded for your reference). You’ll learn how to update products and manage orders.
Self-Management: Some platforms we use are designed for non-technical users, so you’ll be able to make most updates yourself depending on the package.
Support: Our packages include revisions before launch. After your site is live, we’re happy to answer quick questions via email. For ongoing help or additional changes, you can choose from our support add-ons or a monthly maintenance plan.
Upgrades & Add-Ons: If you want to add more products, pages, or features later, just let us know!
Platform Support: You’ll also have access to the platform’s own help resources and customer support for any technical issues.
